Default Axis quality

I was just wondering what people opinions were on the quality of axis wheels. The reason I am asking is because I am about to purchase a set of axis hiros but I have heard that the quality on axis wheels is marginal at best. I've heard this from quite a few people, but then there are also some that claim axis has pretty good quality. I mean I don't want to spend money on a wheel that is going to peel/crack after a few months. Also would this be covered under their warranty program or?

Default Axis Milano's

I just got a set this past Friday, I would attribute the condition (poor) of my wheels to WheelsStudio. Additionally, when I complianed about the wheels their represenative tried to say it was UPS, which was a crock of s#*@. My tires had some spot's were it flaked and multiple scraps from mounting it looks like. But again I would attribute the damage to WheelStudio who obviously did a crappy job in maintaining these tires. The wheels look like display models they had in the shop for a while and who ever mounted and balanced these had a field day with all the scraps and nicks produced from the sloppy job. Overall I would say Axis makes a good product. I'm in the process of disputing these so that I can get my money back and buy elsewhere. WHATEVER YOU DO..DO NOT BUY FROM WHEELSTUDIO...The customer services sucks big time...

When I was in the market for wheels Axis was way cheaper than Volk or RH. Have their prices gone up?

My buddy just got a set of Axis Hiros, and I was very disapointed in the quality of the rim. The paint job they put on them was weak sauce and you could see defects in the paint. My buddy didn't seem to care, but my previous Enkeis and Konigs on other cars were better than the quality of the Axis wheels.

i got axis mods and i am very pleased with them. i think you need to be careful about who mounts your tires.
