$3400 with tires is a good deal for challenges with rubber, you can probably get that or better from Chris at F1 motorpsorts.
$3400 - $400 wheel depreciation - $600 for tire depreciation = $2400 sounds about to me.

I'd shoot for 2500 if those tires are decent. I'd pay a little more if I could inspect the tires in person and determine even wear and condition. I believe you have the Konigs before?? You'll love the deeper look.
