prices on any pair of 245/45/18's shipped to 08205.

I don't have any 245/45/18 tires, only 225/45, 245/40 or 255/35, etc.

Depends on which tires.
Right now I have the wheels alone at $750, and the wheels with the current 245/40 tires at $850. I could change the tires, but the price would only go up from there.
