The painted part is fine and cleans up nicely with soap and water. I got a quote from a powder coat shop locally and they estimated 550 to powdercoat all the wheels including mount/dismount of tires. Polishing up just the lips they told me around 350.

These aren't 2 piece wheels are they? Also, do you know the weight of the wheels?

They are two piece wheels. Don't know the weight.
