im looking to buy a pair only. wats the deal? does it come with everything need to bolt on?

This type of spacer requires installing longer wheel studs to account for the thickness of the spacer. The spacer comes with a set of studs but they are used, and you should only reuse them at your discretion. Best idea would be to buy a new se of studs, honestly.
