how much work would it be to make these fit on a 350z ?

 

alot your talking about a lot of camber and a lot of rolling/pulling

 

if you run a 19x10 +12 in the rear which for most people would be considered fairly aggressive the difference to run these would be 18mm extra inner clearance to the strut and 68mm more protrusion beyond the fenders
