I believe they still have a few cars around but really haven't evolved since that era. I moved to the area from Hawaii in '97 and the scene here was pretty much Low Riders. I would ask about where the races were and where to get parts and they would laugh.

Man that sucks for real! It was pretty cool back then cause they had a bunch of tegs and civics and alot of cool looking cars at that time. I bought my racing hart type c from a member there. But at that time I had a white grand am gt and I freaked alot of people at that time I mean a couple of years before, the scene was just getting started there in va beach. Some of my friends would laugh and call my other friend stuipd for lowering his integra gs-r 2" off the ground, but I loved it there and I wouldn't mind going back, but I bought a house here in texas and im staying here now. Here where I live, its still lowriding and trucks. The rio grande valley never gain the interest of imports and it sucks here.

pretty much any shop can do that ... there may be some members in the Mid-A in Hampton roads that could also.
One of my customers just dropped and put a camber kit on my car in 2 hours

Sky, I know your new, but as a follow forum member to another, look into removing that wing until to have to other body mods done. Its way to aggressive for a stock Z, also nice good looking rims would help
