Default 2005 Nissan 350z Enthusiast

Hello!
Selling my 2005 Nissan 350z Enthusiast with only 40,100 miles, clean title, manual transmission, ultra yellow color. The only reason why I'm selling is that we are expecting a baby.
The car is gutted for weight loss and track purposes but can be driven in town. I removed all carpets, headliner, interior plastic trim, door panels, sound deadening material (hours of scrapping and cleaning). The floors are cleaned up and prepped but I did not have time to paint them yet.
The car has never been raced ,abused or involved in an accident. Just very rarely driven around town and took it to about 4 HPDE track days ( High Performance Driving Experience- about twice a year at MSR Houston)
Ideal for a car enthusiast that would like a great reliable track/project car and occasional city driving. Or someone who would like to take it to the next level and race it in Spec Z or another category.

I'm the third owner and the two previous owners took extremely good care of it. Here are some of the things that have been done recently .
-New clutch and flywheel installed in 2016. Still feels like new.
-I flushed all the fluids (transmission, differential, brake ...) in 2017
-New K&N drop in filter in 2017
-New Brake pads in 2018
-Replaced the engine belts and radiator hoses in 2017
-New Nitto tires in late 2017 (245/35/19 front and 275/30/19 back)
-It's fitted with very rare 19 inch Volk GT-C wheels by Rays Engineering
-New Optima redtop battery in 2017
-New Momo Mod 8 steering wheel with NRG Hub in 2017
-New Corbeau FX1 driver seat in 2018 ( I still have the OEM seat) with bride low sliding bracket
-New Agency Power Exhaust and Y pipe installed in 2018 and it sounds fantastic. I have the Agency power test pipes in my storage as I left the OEM catalytic converters on for now
Nothing has been done to the engine (no mods or tunes)

The car needs absolutely nothing, just regular oil changes and maintenance as everything works perfectly. It has always been in a covered garage and extremely well taken care of..
I'm asking $8900 or best offer.
Please contact me if you have any questions at 832 975 9 Zero 3 Nine.

Thanks
