???I've ordered from them maybe,8-10 times.Always got a rep promptly...
All my orders were by phone.Why?Cause these guys stock the parts.
They will walk back to the warehouse to physically see if they have the part.
I sure like that better than getting a back order/out of stock e-mail.

Again the whole point of the thread was to get feedback as to if my treatment was normal or not. For a company not to send out a confirmation email is extremely unprofessional. Also the first time I called last Thursday the rep gave me a shipping number without even billing me. Was he really gonna try to send me the damaged product. Sorry but this is really unprofessional
Ok called a third time and everything seemed to be on the same page which is good so I should have my product in a couple of weeks

I think you are missing the point. You can post all day about how your experience went well, but that doesn't negate the failures. All bad businesses have some satisfied customers, or they wouldn't be businesses, would they? The trick is that they have just enough satisfied customers to keep the whole thing running.

Disagree. The trick is to not have enough dissatisfied customers that the entire thing blows up on you.

Close enough I suppose. My main point is still: Remember, all businesses also have unsatisfied customers. It's how they are handled that really matters. Even if it is not the vendors fault, their rep depends on how they handle the situation. I've been in business for 28 years and have solidified relationships by going above and beyond even when I was not remotely at fault. Individual sales do not "make" a business - long term relationships and rep do.

i just made in order at thezstor last week for a spoiler.
yes i was confused that there was no confirmation email, but i did get an email for fedex tracking. everything went smoothly with no glitch.

placed order 12 days ago. Called back 4 times. Have gotten absolutely nowhere. Just got off the phone with them, was told "we will look into your order and give you a call back"
was told i would get a call back 12 days ago. Luckily i didnt give any of my billing info. (although i did, but they claimed they never received it)
edit- just got a call back. Gave my card info, there will be free shipping which is good bc that was $30 itself. Now we wait

So after waiting nearly 3 weeks for my product, I finally received it!!
And it was damaged!!! Slight chip right on the corner! I wonder if they sent me the damaged one I didn't ask for??

Received a phone call and they told me its no longer in stock. Terrible service. Apparently Nissan no longer makes the stock spoiler. What a waste of time. You can just tell though the whole website looks sketchy..
