Default Need a little advice/opinions

Hi guys i just got an 07 350z about a month ago and I was wondering with what mods to start with. I was thinking either intakes or test pipes. Which one should i get first? And also which test pipes are good? Also if there's other good beginner mods please let me know. Thanks

First part, dunno.

But second part about the beginner mods, try.
1. Tires rotation (be careful, it's tricky)

be prepared for annoyed people telling you to search, as there are tons of threads on this subject already.

however, I'll do what I can to help. some people argue that the stock airboxes work better than most aftermarket setups, so unless you're going for sound alone you might be better off stock. i wouldnt do test pipes first. id do test pipes as the last power mod before a tune, to avoid driving around on a messed up stock tune for too long.

suspension is a good place to start as it drastically changes the appearance of your car. or maybe an aftermarket exhaust (motordyne, agency power, top speed, invidia etc)

I'll be 'that' *****...but yes, learn to search first...

I don't know how the later models shaped-up but it's my opinion that (based on the earlier models) that the suspension is pretty good and unless you want a lowered stance/tighter suspension or some whack camber leave the OEM suspension where it's at.

Test pipes and an exhaust will free a little bit up but the car is pretty well tuned from how it came from the factory...you may gain a little bit with those mods and a tune but don't expect what the manufactures are selling...

If you get test pipes, you're probably going to want to get the bensopra wide body kit as well, as it flows nicely with TPs.
