OK guys/gals…here’s the deal. I ordered a 350Z Touring Roadster in Dec. It should be in sometime in March. I have exhausted myself reading about all the “tire feathering” problems in the repair thread. I was wondering how many roadster owners are experiencing this problem. Most of the post are either not specific or seem to be coupes made in the 02 or 03 year. I’m about to spend over 37000 dollars on a vehicle (already have money down), and wanted to know what I was getting myself into. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Evidently there are several of us who ordered a Roadster in December. Based on the threads I've read, the tire problems seems to be solved on models built after August '03.

Come join me, theSmoothDome and Richardew and several other club members in the "Waiting for the Z to arrive Club". Post a picture from the dealers, when you pick up the car.

I hope you're correct that the problem was fixed after August last year. My new roadster (picked up last week) seems to have been built in November, so I'm assuming anyone waiting for their roadster will have a later build date than mine.

Damn, I'm jonesing for my car.

Mossy Nissan has 65 Zs of which 20 or so are roadsters. Not one in LS with a nav though.....grrrr
