Default Grip Pinch Weld Jack Adapter?

Anyone have this? Use it?
I bought one from this Autobodytoolmart? Website, and it actually bent..
Just wondering if I didn't attach it right or something? From what I understood, you just pull the saddle off, and insert this adapter..
It seems like a great product, and they're willing to replace it or refund the money.
If anyone else has one, and reccommends it, I'll have it replaced.

I bought a chunk of hard rubber and made some 4x4x1" blocks with a 1/4" slot cut across one face of it. I position the slot on the pinch weld then place the jack/jack stand on the rubber. Never had any problems with it so far.
