New head unit wiring problems

Default New head unit wiring problems

I have a 2004 Nissan 350z with Bose Audio Speakers

I have a Pioneer headunit with this wiring harness that I bought (see image below)

One of the plugs needs to go into this broken plug with all the wires that are disconnected from the plug (see image below)

The second connector fits into two different plugs that are from the top and from the bottom, whichever one I plug it into, it doesn't turn the headunit on (see image below)

So do I have the right wiring harness? Why isn't the stereo turning on?

Check your ground wire. Thats what mine was when I had a similar problem. I ended up just grounding the head unit to one of the mounting screws that went into actual metal. Good luck.
