The swifts have a higher final rate and the "progressive" initial rate is somehow mainly used for preload. The rates are like 40lb inch more in the rear and higher in the front.
There's a thread on here where someone was smack talking them but using incorrect info.
That being said, it would be worth trying the eibach's first. Changing springs is not very hard, and you can rent a spring compressor cheaply.
No spring compresser needed on the Z. I've even swapped OEM springs and just pushed the top hat down by hand enough to start the threads

Wait..what??? Does this require the superhuman mechanic hand strength of an industrial grade powerlifter on a case of Red Bull or can normal guy who doesn't want to waste money on mechanic bills when he can do it himself guy be able to do it?
I'm actually about to put on new shocks but was quoted about $150 to have it done...I'd rather save the money and put it toward another part if I can do the job myself?
Whaddya think?

$150 to remove all 4 old shocks and springs then install all 4 new shocks and work vs sounds like a pretty good deal!!!
Oh I think so too, but if I can do it I'd rather save the money....I have some other repairs happening too that are running the total up faster than heat rises.
If you have no experience in taking apart the suspension its better to have someone do it, unless you have a friend who has to help. The fronts can be tricky, rear is fairly easy.

170 pounds of me pushing down on it with one hand and starting the nut with the other hand. So I actually use gravity more than strength , it's part of the work smarter, not harder concept.
