Stoptech Rear Rotors are not available yet, would you like me to quote you no rotors, or stock rotors? Which Pads?

Please verify. Thanks!

So $2215 for drilled ones with calipers and brackets...now how much more for the czp braided lines and hawk hp plus pads?

Edit: I don't mind waiting. Could you just tell me the price for the above so I can start saving more if I have to. Thanks

drag and road course reviews are all that have been missing for these brakes (here and on driver)... I'm very curious how the weight of these rotors affect acceleration - particularly before and after 1/4 mile ETs...

I’m so tempted to dismiss the weight issue and get a set… but I know as soon as I do – a light weight 2-piece alternative will come available.

COZ/CZP, do you sell on ebay? They have a 15% cash back offer right now (up to $100 only though) – brakes are the only semi-high dollar mods I have on my radar right now…

We can put on eBay, but it's going to be more money because of the eBay fees. Going to be around 5-7% more.

You'd be looking somewhere around $2400 for the entire setup w/ SS Lines and Hawk Plus Pads.

Thank you. I'm sure the rear rotors will be available soon. I will definately have to pick up the whole set in a month or 2. Thanks again and bump for some sick brakes.

Stoptech is still saying may on the rear rotors, but I hope to have some very soon.

I can't tell you how it will react on track yet....& YES, I do track my car.....I have to wait until the season starts....but, my initial impression is very good compared to the previous 1 piston calipers + small rotors.
However, you will FEEL the extra unsprung weight....

this is the part I'm most concerned about... I know its hard to quantify it by butt dyno - that’s why I was hoping someone could report 1/4 mile ETs... considering you capitalized FEEL, I presume its a very notable difference... in that case I'm definitely waiting for light weight rotors!

Thanks for your response ~

Hmmmm... Do these calipers have more or less spoke face clearance than track model 350z Brembo calipers?

There is about a 10lb weight difference between 1pc and 2pc 14" Rotros.

Will it need a bigger master cylinder to push the juice for the bigger kit

We haven't see any results that would lead us to consider a larger cylinder.

I've been following every viable thread regarding Akebono for pre-07 sedan/G37 coupe... there have been several mentions/questions regarding master brake cylinder... the consensus from what I have read is 03-06 G35 OEM is fine.

FWIW, don’t consider an upgrade that costs $1800-$2500 without research - no offense, but the question I am responding to has been asked and addressed months ago (in multiple places). I would never consider an upgrade like this without looking everywhere about it.

BTW - this thread is not the only source.
