As for completion, I am shooting for next season. Trying to make it to ZDayZ 2013 but am not rushing this, making sure it is done right the first time. Other wise, engine and head should be done by end of summer(depending on how long it takes Headgames) and I hope to have the car painted and caged by October. That leaves intake/exhaust/fuel for the winter. As well as little bs here and there.

Just out of curiosity, can you please post pics of your car(s) and mod lists? Just so I can get an idea on how to mod my car the right way. I didn't think buying authentic parts was now considered "ricer bling".

personally would have to say voltex is one of only 2 long noses i like, other being the cwest e type for a track type car.

Voltex is also one of my favorite front bumpers, but I have yet to see a 350z pull it off nicely other then the red Voltex Z.. I have feeling graffkid's Z will be one of the sickest when completed!

Cage I was thinking a 6 point or 8 point custom cage Powder Coated a Red shade. I plan to keep a few things powder coated the same color so things match and I don't have multiple shades of red in different areas of the car.

I have a Personal Grinta wheel with hub and quick release all ready as well as a Tommy Kaira Shift ****. I also have stereo but nothing crazy.

As for seats, was looking into Bride Gias Low Max in Gradiation with a 5pt Harness. But I don't think I will be going the normal Takata Harness route. I am unsure how the Green would look in the car to be honest, but that is not set in stone.

Thanks, I can't wait to see it either. Something I have been planning for a long time now and so far things are going pretty smooth. But it's not over or "easy" until it is complete. Even then I doubt things will be "easy".

Impressive parts list. Quick question have you thought about maybe adding the SP quick spool valve? Don't know if it will fit with he exhaust manifold you plan to use.

Also what ems will this be running and who is doing the wirering harness?

BTW I bought the spare VQ you had in your garage

I thought about the SP QSV, but honestly haven't done any research on it.

EMS I am going with 2 options. A Haltech for a 350z with modifications to run a 2jz. I have spoken to Hal and we are almost sure it will work and run the STOCK Tach and Speedometer.

If that doesn't work, I thought of looking into fitting a Defi Tach into the Stock cluster and run a Motec.

I am shooting for option one with the Haltech due to having all stock functions is better than having to use aftermarket items

Have been following your build since it started. I have wanted to do a 2jz swap with just a built 3.0 but I came across this deal and couldn't say no. This is also my dream build and glad I am doing it.

im also REALLY curious of how the v160 is going to fit in there...the more i look at it, i think you are going to have to notch the firewall some...
