I guess I should have checked this thread here...they show up as a sponsor here. Found there website and placed an order a couple of weeks back. Have had zero communications. Time to ping Paypal.

I went through the same thing last year. I placed an order and paid via paypal. I immediately got a notification that a shipping label was created but days and then weeks went by without it actually being dropped off at a carrier. I emailed multiple times. Crickets.

I had to start a dispute with paypal. They responded that I wasn't going to get a refund since their records showed the item as "shipped" (since a shipping label was created). I then forwarded the multiple emails and explained that it was not actually shipped and only a label was created. Then, they refunded me in full. I got some OEM replacements from CZP on sale.

Caveat emptor.

Got the mail today and got a USPS priority mail small box from a name I did not recognize...and to my surprise, it's my grommets and alignment tool. luckily I had not gotten around to filing a Paypal dispute. Still no communication from the vendor (reply to my email) but just saw a paypal message with shipping notification from 5 am this morning. and got delivered today...Anyway, now I just have put the work in...
