Wow, man you are gifted. I did a wrap before on a roof and I can say that it is very hard work. 4hrs + per panel makes perfectly good sense. For me it was something like 4hrs + 4 beers to do my roof lolol (on my previous car, an rsx).
I needed some color in my life after owning just black, white, or silver cars.
SB USA opened just before our economy tanked. Prices were high, jdm parts at premium before Race Wars, only things selling were air fresheners and car soap. Place was used as a meeting spot. People showed up and never went inside. Their service center had crap mechanics, word on the street is they'd take parts off your car or not plug your drain bolt when changing the oil. Happened to a S2K owner. Place went under quickly. Some investors thought they could save it and changed it to AutoToyz and that didn't last long either.
The color is stable when stretched. 3m gloss is much less forgiving in terms of application, you have to be careful or squeegee marks will show. Avery gloss is much easier to work with. 3m satin is awesome and cake to apply. I'm going to redo it in a different color next year since it's not 100% perfect.
