Painted Headlights
hey what's up all? im barely on my350z because im mostly on g35driver (souLifted) but i wanted to share some recent work i did on a buddy's 07 headlights. they are done in matte black and look sweeeeet. if anyone in socal particularly in SD county are interested in getting your headlights painted in matte/gloss black, either a G or Z, shoot me a pm. sorry the pics are too great..

Very nice work, i plan to do this soon. My headlights are so full of condensation i need to clean them out, might as well paint them too.
A few questions, what method did you use in taking them apart and what paint did you use?

Just FYI, make sure you use a high temperature spray paint. otherwise it will melt. i paid one of my friend to do it but mine was melting because he used none high temperature spray paint and he didn't sealed well so now water goes in there... such a bad job... just make sure everything before you do it.

i used duplicolor... and yea, i make sure it seals real well with more sealant cuz i've had that same experience, i know it sucks. open them with my guns, my 2 heat guns that is.. hahah
