OP sorry for the thread jack. Good luck on your build and come home soon. Too bad you won't be at tx2k or texas mile. Those are two things I want to hit before I say good bye to texas next summer.
only post on this so it doesn't get off topic.

It helps smooth out lean spikes. If those lean spikes happen to be the problem that causes your car to buck or jerk then yes it will help. If it's just not tuned properly or your car is jerking for another reason then no it won't help. Quite a few people don't have issues with standard rails but for those of us that did it was a nightmare to try to tune.

Is the 04 tranny something you already have or looking for? If the latter, why?

Also, do you already have solid (or polyurethane) bushings everywhere else?

The CD009 04 trans is to replace my broken 03 tranny.

No other solid bushing anywhere else. Don't want the car to feel every vibration. LOL

I have a very late model '04 and it came with a CD008. I didn't think the CD009 shipped until 2005...but I could be wrong.

None-the-less I'll be replacing mine with the CD009.

Figured as much, but just wanted to inform you just in case there was no sticker on it (they fall off easily) and you assumed 009 based on model year alone.

I'll be ordering a brand new unit from Kyle at Import Parts Pro. I'm sure I'll be receiving the correct transmission.

So apparently the Greddy Racing Ti-C exhaust is discontinued as well. So I've opted for the Greddy RS exhaust. Same 70mm piping and looks like same canisters. Only different is the exhaust tips are not burnt titanium. Which, to be honest, I prefer.

Just did the Exhaust on 7070's roadster. He got the Greddy SP exhaust cause the SE is discontinued. Same exact deal with the tips.

IDK what's up with Greddy... They say it's more economical. Exactly what I want in an after market part right there... economical! lol

I even went to Greddy's FB page and asked. Check out the response.
