Can someone check his own O2 sensors voltage ?

Mine:

I'm very septical with the different voltage of the Bank 1 and Bank 2 sensors (upstream), thank you very much for your feed back.

Please note that my O2 sensors has been checked several times by two differents mechanics...

Yes, the same except with specified HR harness and firmware.

Midz350, it's easy to check the O2 voltage with the Haltech software, can you help ? And check those data ? Thanks a lot !

This is the only sensors in Cipher that read in volt: (let me know if they what are you looking for or not)

Thanks a lot Midz350, it's very helpfull, that's exactly what I'm looking for, and it confirm what I thinked.

One of my front O2 sensor became crazy...

Yesterday I dismount the front driver O2 sensor (the one with 0,900 voltage), look at it:

I pretty sure that the issue come from this one... Why the ECM can't see that one of the sensor don't run properly (and the Nissan mechanics also !!!!), really don't know...

Waiting for brand new sensors and keep you posted guys ! In the mean time, I advise the sputtering boys to check their own O2 sensors voltage...

Next level will be to understand where this white deposit come from (really increase by the flash camera in my case)...

Another source of sensor contamination can come from silicone poisoning. If somebody used the wrong kind of silicone sealer to seal up a leaky rocker box cover or manifold gasket, silicone can find its way into the engine and foul the sensor. Silicates, which are used as corrosion inhibitors in antifreeze, can also cause the same kind of poisoning. Sources here might include a leaky head gasket or cracks in the combustion chamber. Silicone deposits on the sensor tip will have a shiny white to grainy light gray appearance.

Or, a lean mixture !

I also notice that the 2007 HR don't have the same AFR sensor (front O2 sensors) that the 2008 HR... Weird, no ?

Well done SRS, that's what mentionned in the UpRev' web site...

Cipher supports most Nissan/Infiniti vehicles from 2003–2007. 2007 vehicles with the HR motors are not supported at this time, but will be in the near future. To see a list of fully supported vehicles please check our support page. Some vehicles may have limited functionality.

Maybe a up date version has been released.

It seems that this voltage gap between bank 1 and bank 2 is common to the other VQ35HR's engine: http://g35driver.com/forums/v36-engi...erating-3.html

Should it be a heater O2 failure ? I'm lost...

Anyway waiting for my brand new O2 sensors, plugs and intake gaskets.

I can't understand why Nissan don't help us as it seems we're a lot with the same issue !

Do the sputter boy's with a 100% stock Z, and no DTC, can proceed to the following procedures:

- Exhaust valve timing control learning,
- Accelerator pedal released position learning,
- Throttle valve closed position learning,
- Idle Air volume learning

Procedures are descibed pages 78/79:
https://my350z.com/forum/maintenance...anual-fsm.html

Take care to respect the mentionned conditions:
- battery voltage at idle moere than 12.9V
- engine coolant between 70-100°C
- Neutral psoition
- steering wheel neutral
- vehicle speed stop
- transmission warm-up (10 minutes driving)
- A/C off... ect...

And back to us, I guess with a good news
