Don't know if our problem come from this recall, but I will try to call Nissan for an update of the ECU...

Anyway I don't know if the ECU must be change or if Nissan can re-write the software on the current ECU ?

was bored . . called up nissan consumer affairs . . . it seems the ECM is part of an emission control warranty and is covered till 4 years/80k miles whichever is earlier . . .

but im still curious . .as to why the techno-square re flash didn't fix this . . . even osiris for that matter

Probably because they don't touch the maps responsible for cold starts.

I already tooke an appointment, next Friday, the 12th, for an update of the ECU to the Nissan garage... But I really not confident... Do the Nissan garages received the new software ???

In the mean time, I will try to change my O2 sensors tomorow.

Presently it is corresponding with [ripuroguramingu], so is. When (gratuitousness) it is not repaired even with [ripuroguramingu], unit exchange it probably will put out, is. (Charge? Gratuitousness? ) Looking at this [burogu] even with your our company customer, [ripuroguramu] the customer who does was with itself, but hunting was not repaired. HELP call came to our company then. Promptly, you sent unit, initialized memory, returned. As for the vehicle of the customer, hunting stopped exactly, so is. It was good, it was good!!! Note: When this initialization is done, study and the like of the electromotive throttle by the diagnostic machine becomes necessary. Usual [ripuroguramingu] only modifies the modification data of the program which is written in the micro-computer. At present, because it seems that is not the entry equipment and material which had memory initialization function the kana ~ which probably will be made! When such a function it is, the kana ~ which rejoices?

ok . . soo that pretty much settels it . . . it has to be the ECM . . .

sooo 2 ways to goo . . . get nissan to replace/reprogram ECM . . or get an aftermarket ECM . . .( not the piggyback ones - stand alone . . like HALTECH)
. . im gonna try and see if i can have a local nissan dealer do the former for meee

Will go to Nissan dealer tomorrow to know if update software for our ECM is available... And if they can erase ECM memory with the Consult III.

And reprograming ECM accordingly. Will keep you posted guys.

^Thanks. I haven't posted on this thread yet, but have been having the same problem. It wasn't always like that I bought my 07 base used last September, and this strated happening maybe 6 months or so. Oddly enough, it rarely happens to me in the morning, it almost always does it when I leave work in the afternoon, when the car has been sitting in the sun all day. Once I start the car if I put it in gear and leave right away theres less of a chance of it sputtering. The lower the gear the more violent the sputter, but like you guys said, if i just let what ever gear i'm in wind-out it will go away
