INTENSEPOWER Moving!!
Helllos and Salutations!
Sooo, as the title states, we are in the process of moving.
During the move, we will be processing new orders, answering emails and PM's, and fielding phone calls regarding product inquiry and existing orders. Given that this move is a dynamic beastly, un-fun (is that a word?)
lesson in savage torture, we may have a little hiccup here and there as well as some access issues. Couple that with the fact that we had to close for the SEMA show last week, we would like to ask for a little-more-than-usual-patience through this transition.
At this time, it would appear that our new location will be up and operational 100% by next Monday (11/17), so we ask that, in the interim, please bare with us. We are trying to get to all of our emails, PM's and orders filled as we speak, and would like to thank everyone for their orders and their patience with this process.
As a prominent vendor in this community for a number of years, it has always been our goal to provide our customers with excellent customer service and expedience. I would like to think that we have met (and continue to meet) that goal some time ago! With that said, again, I would like to ask everyone who has had some difficulty getting through to us, or is waiting on a product(s) to ship/tracking, etc, to eek out a wee bit more patience. If I had it my way, this would be a seamless transition -- and it will hopefully go off without a hitch! Unfortunately, I am creating this thread as a preemptive strike, so as to advise the community that there exists the strong possibility that things will (unfortunately) not go off as flawlessly and as expediently as we have built our reputation up to be..
Last, given the limited access to our phone system, we have posted 2 more telephone numbers on our homepage where we can be reached during the move/transition:

Our office hours stay the same:
Monday - Friday 9-12; 1-5 MST
Last and final
: Again again again, thanks for all of your orders and your patience with SEMA and this week's move. We realize that the move comes at a somewhat inconvenient time, after having been closed for SEMA, but we had no control of the circumstances surrounding the closing of the deal for the new location.

Lads and Germs,
Tomorrow we will be closed completely. I.E. -- no access to phones at all. We need all hands on deck for the move-in and won't be able to answer calls and do that efficiently. This will hopefully be the last post I make stating that we are closed/moving, etc, as it is our goal to work non-stop for the next 3 days to get moved in completely by Monday and fully operational by then too.
We, again, thank everyone for their continued support and patience throughout this move (and SEMA closure last week too!). Moving 10,000sq/ft of 10 years of collected projects, tools, inventory, and machinery is no easy task! Thanks again!!

We appreciate everyones patience during our move. We are currently in our new office, but unfortunately our local utility company is a little delayed getting our phones and internet setup. It is supposed to be completed today, but you all know how the cable guy works... "We will be ther between 8am and 5pm..."
Again we thank you for your patience, and we will be responding to PM's, E-Mail's, and taking phone calls by the end of the day.... Hopefully

Unfortunately, our phone system is still being poked, prodded, and worked on so that we can FINALLY start taking phone calls. This SHOULD be done today, but it's already pretty late in the afternoon, so we shall see....
I will update this thread again when we have functioning phones. In the mean time, please feel free to email us as we are attempting to answer the overgrowth of mail that has invaded us...

FOLKS,
Today was the first day that we were able to take telephone calls. Apparently the prior tenants in this building had some weird phone system that our IT guy had to go through to allow ours to function even a little bit...
The goood part about the move is that we've extended our hours to give better access to our customers. New location, hours, etc:
