Default Anyone driven 350z in the snow yet?

Just kidding!!!!

But I would really like to know how it goes when it gets snowy outside. So please post when you get to drive it in 4-5 inches of snow , or ice. Winter tires on all 4 wheels of course.

Please, Don't do it. Park it in the winter where it snows.

I beleive someone on this site quoted 4.2 inches of ground clearance, but don't quote me on this one.

I think that the owners from the prairies in the Great White North will be able to answer this question for ya pretty soon!

Default Blizztracks on Order

My car is down at Firestone getting a price on new bliztracks for the winter. My parents each have Infinity Q45 and the swear by those tires. My mom is a real estate agent and she is out there in the ice and snow and never gets stuck, fish tails, or looses traction with them. The only problem is that they wear out quick so you probably have to wait till the last minute before putting them on. I will let you know the price and size firestone is recommending.

thanks all..... Plus im looking at getting a snowplow attachement for the front of the 350z, since im getting rid of my 4x4. Does anyone know if you have to take off the front spoiler for the plow bracket to fit.....Also what is the front axel load? Im looking at a v-plow. I might need to put chains on the rear tires since this car isnt four wheel drive. Any thoughts from anyone who has put a snow plow on their 350z yet?

Just kidding ,,,I would be really happy if this car can get through some snow in the winter time. Thanks for your comments from past winter driving. I think it will be ok, except for dodging large ice bergs in the road.

Drive it in the snow??? Buy a beater for the winter if it snows there. I live on Southern Vancouver Island British Columbia where, on average, it doesnt snow. I am though going to park it for the winter months incase they salt or sand the roads. The winter months can do too much damage to such a sweet car!
