Default OEM Strut bar adj

Does the spacer bolt on the OEM strut bar adjust the bar any significant way?

If so if i turn it whichever way what will it do and how will it affect my cars handleing?

Yeah, anybody know if it's adjustable?

Looks like it should be with the nuts and threads I see.

It is only adjustable in that it has to be loosened to remove the bar and is tightened after reinstall. If you don't loosen the nut, the strut bar won't come off the towers because it pushes (or pulls, I can't remember which) against the studs/bolts on the tops of the towers. As far as adjusting the bar to affect performance, the bar is not adjustable. Basically what this tells you is that the bar is under tension while it is installed.
