I gave my car in because it gave me the check engine light and I thought u know nothing serious jus something loose!?! But instead I get news that I am one of two cars the other being a Infiniti G35 Coupe that have cars that idle bad and have periodic misfires...I mean the car starts and is fine but the misfires could lead to some serious damage...I have not had my car for 3 weeks and these were the 3 weeks my folks were out of town DAMN DAMN!!! Instead cruising everywhere in it I had to watch it in the dealer everyday....Does anyone know or is anyone the otehr guy with the Infiniti G35 Coupe with this problem...I am having withdrawl Sypmtoms without having my Z or better yet a car with a clutch I have beenm driving my dad's 04' Acura TL and I jus put an Injen intake to make it sound nicer, but it is jus not the same OBVIOUSLY! I jus needed to let it all out cause I am jealous of all u Z drivers right NOW!!! ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM AND NOW THEY ARE TELLING ME I MIGHT NEED A NEW MOTOR UNDER WARRANTY, BUT THE NEW ONES ARE MADE IN MEXICO AND MY DAD TOTALLY WILL NOT ALLOW A NEW MOTOR ON MY NEW Z THIS SUCKS!

 

Try not having your car for over a month ... I am still waiting for suspension parts after having an accident in my baby. On top of worrying if she will drive straight when they are done, it is going to take over a month of repairs once the parts arrive. I figure I will drive my car again sometime in February ...

 

I am having some ilde problems too, but they are intermittent and mostly an irritant.
The dealer refused to ackknowledge the problem even existed.

Sigh, why cant we have the golden middle approach between the 2?

It took about 2 months for the dealership to get in a new hatch when I was rear ended....

They sent 2 damaged ones, and finally they got a good one.
