Looks great, however, I'd have to agree that the foglamps would look better lower. Perhaps it should've been placed inside the grille.
He didn't place the "fog lights" for looks guys. He placed the driving lights to help him drive in bad weather conditions and at night. I bet they function perfectly right where they are.
Fogs on the grill looked 300% rice and cheesy. High position is a proper one for rally (less dirt, more light). And it looks pro. Why didn't you fit 4 of them?
