Besides changing the oil and filter. Do you guys reccommend anything else?

If you are going to get the 30K or so checkup, they should give everything a once over, it is usually a few hundred bucks though i think. If you are just picking individual things to get checked....besides those you have above, i can't think of anything really. Maybe check rotors/brakes and an alignment or something like that.

 

At 30K I had my oil and filter changed, coolant flushed and replaced, and the diff oil changed - the service writer said the transmission oil (6 spd) didn't need changed until 100K ??? (expensive replacement oil too)
