You said it, it is quite a sight to see all of those Z's together. I saw your post on my F&F thread and figured I would answer it here so others could see the info that are interested in the club.

- Regarding Moroso on Dec 14 &15, the plan is to go on the 14th I believe, still working out the details, I'll let you know.

- As for late November Import Xpresion @ Miami Beach Convention Center, I have no info so if you could point me in the right direction or send me some info I'll see.

- The speed trial (autocross) event at Metro Zoo on Nov 24, I wasn't aware of it but I would definetly like to go I'll see if any others are interested.

Thanks for info.

Yeah, that picture REALLY shows it! I saw it in person and it really looked good, but I wasn't in my car... I wonder what it would look like from my car's perspective...
This begs the question...
Has anyone lowered their new Z yet? (I know the car just came out, so I am not really expecting that anyone has)

Well, I don't know of anyone here but Axis has with their show car, check it out other than the yellow, lowering adds something to it, I like it.

It's hard to tell by itself but here is one side by side and you can tell the difference, I think it gives it a sleeker look.

Actually we decided yesterday to not attend the Import Xpression event in late November... being that its right after Thanksgiving and most of us are busy.

The speed trial event some of us are definitely going to. It not exactly an AutoX. Its more like a mini-road course. Much faster and less technical than an AutoX is. I hope some of you guys go and run your cars. You will running in the SCCA B-Stock class. All you need is $45 to run, sign a waiver and bring a Snell certified helmet (a typical motorcycle helmet will do). If any of you guys have never done any AutoX before, then you may want to come out on Saturday afternoon for the Speed Trial school (another $45). Not neccessary, but if you don't, you will have to say that you've done it before if asked. Personally I didn't do the school option and I placed 4th in the class my first time around. If you know how to drive, you should be ok.

Thanks for the lowered pics. The Axis car looks good, imo, even with the yellow, but maybe that's because of the lowering, wheels, etc...
Lowering the car does seem to give it a more aggressive line, which is nice.

Come on the girls weren't bad either, it is nice to have girls as Z fans as well although in the minority.

Will have some nice shots next month from our next meet at an import car weekend here.
