Yup, its bogus. Don't get suckered into buying one. If it were that easy to get 15-23hp everyone would have it already.

Only one to do is a Technsquare reflash that you have to send off your ECU for with around a 3 day turnaround time. It lifts your top sped governor, raises redline to 7200, changes your air fuel mixture to the mods that you currently have. Costs around 500-600. There is no cheap hp for our cars
