Default I might try

I am thinking about putting a (wire?) line between the two tiedown loops under the rear strut brace. on this line I could put hooks for the plastic grocery bags.

Hasn't anyone else noticed the tie-downs on either end of the struttower bar?

Every turn and every stop caused the bags to slide from side to side or back to front. On further inspection I find the material covering this area is very slick. Any intelligent suggestions on preventing this in the future?
Yeah, I have a suggestion. Buy more grocery's. If the trunk is full you won't have them shifting around in the back.

It sounds kinda scary taking the Z to the grocery store. Just thinking about all those carts getting slammed into cars and wind blowing them around. Then the inconsiderate bastages opening their doors into you. And the huge SUV's not even seeing you and backing up into you.

Hey, I'd stay home and order a pizza.

I got me one of them new fangled wives. She gets the groceries in her minivan, right after she does the laundry and makes me a chicken pot pie.
