Default Swap power seats and Bose into Enth

I just bought a 05 Enthusiast Z. My friend works for the dealer and they have a used 04 touring. I have permision to swap the leather seats and the bose system. I was wondering if there was a plug in the enthusiast to power the leather seats. Also is the swaping of the bose as bad as people said. I searched but did not see anyone that swapped the seats, has anyone done it in a enthusiast yet. Thank you for your help.

So basically they are going to end up selling a used 04 touring with cloth seats and a subpar sound system?

Doesn't make much sense for the dealer that for sure.

As for the swap I have seen people put leather in enthusiast models but not power seat. Guess you'll have to do a search then.

i would doubt the enthusiast has any place for the power seats to be hooked up to. you get to switch the seats and the radio free of charge?

Why would they make a frankenstein touring for you? They would take a huge loss on a bizzare touring.

This is very strange indeed.

power seats? imho power seats are never worth it. it adds weight, price, and is slower than simply pulling a lever and siding the seat around

Bose suck and have many issues and just well run!

Go with any aftermarket radio and you will be much happier.

power seats I can see, bose dont, you will be better off buying aftermarket.
Hell for the price you pay for the seats might as well buy some recaros.

Let me guess the only time you can do the swap is at 3 in the morning and you have to wear black ski masks

On a more serious note. Would it be possible for me to buy 05 seats (with power functions for both ways) and put them in my 04 track? I like the cloth, but I can't believe that my 37k Track model has the same cheap looking material seats as a Sentra... I love the orange stitching on black leather too .. Has anyone tried this?

You could put the seats in but not sure about the power functioning. I guess all you would need to do is cut off the plug on the seats and hardwire it to 12v.
