It comes with 17's with the Automatic Transmission - which is standard for this model.

Your guess is correct. That lever connect with the seat back adjustment mechanism lever, so you can tilt the seat forward to access the storage behind the passenger seat from the driver seat. I played with it while the car was in Austin.

Wait A Minute...
As the Nissan guys stated at our meeting at GroupZ, all of these vehicles are pre-production, so some items may be mixed and matched. Do not use these for what a specific model will and will not have.
