This is what the tech typed in on his report :
LF/RF WINDOW REGULATOR STOP HAS EXCESSIVE GREASE ON FELT-REMOVED REGULATOR-CLEANED EXCESS GREASE OFF FRONT GUIDE AND FELT STOP
