I don't beleive that a s-afc will do much good for our 3.5 liter V-6. The most notable gains are found on turbo charged engines and engines with vtec (read: f20c) I also believe that anyone who was going to go aftermarket fuel management would go to something a little more sophisticated such as a Tec III system or a already tuned ECU. But, No one has really cracked the 32-bit ecu to my knowledge so I am pretty sure there is no AFC that can be installed on the 350z as of now.

I have a S-AFC on my Eclipse Turbo, had it dyno/tuned up by a pro shop, totally got rid of fuel cut, and accelerates much smoother too. Max HP gain at 13.8 whp. But it with out proper tuning...its just a fancy LCD display.
