350Z Track or Base + goodies ?

Well, since there are no Track models availlable right now, I'll build an Enthusiast to track-worthiness.
I would have liked the higher revving engine tough....
So, in order:
-Bigger brakes
-Bigger wheels (Nismo's)
-CatBack (for sound enjoyment)
-Power steering oil cooler
And, if budget permits
-Nismo suspension (no hassle)
or
-JIC (fully adjustable)
