Default Someone hit my car, paint scraped off

Yea so as you can tell someone hit my car, no dents or anything just paint scraped off the back of the bumper, very little actually its pretty frustrating. I have a Sentra SE-R now I'm trading it in for the Z in the spring. So anyone know what a decent price would be to get that painted, I figure it would be similar costs of it happening with the Z, same paint I assume. Thanks

Paint time for a bumper cover should run in the $300 range. Could be a little more or less depending on how much your shops charge for labor.

Where would you recommend getting it done? Obviously the dealership will over charge me, so a local shop or what?

I had the same thing happen a couple of weeks ago on my z...just got it fixed last week at the dealership. They had to take the bumper cover off and repaint the whole thing. Cost (parts/labor) was $401. It was in the shop for a day and a half

oh yeah...I had 4 different quotes from various body shops and all were within $40 of each other. I went with the dealership because I felt they had the best ability to do proper paint matching.
