a nice mellifluous tenor tone.

Certainly not the *nothing* exhaust tone you hear on a UJC.

I still remember that day in september...all hung over, went to see the Z, heard it start up in the showroom....bought it on sight.

Its not a huge leap that people may want to think, but i love the higher powerband and smooth power delivery... pulls strong to the redline and feels like a vtec engagement. Id say its just a .10th or two quicker in the quarter mile given equal drivers. I was really surprised how nice the stock exhaust sounds on this car, and have gotten many positive compliments on its unique tone.
brilliant, thanks for the comments- pretty much what I expected to hear. Anyway you can post a video clip w/ sound of that new exhaust. Enjoy the Z!

i think you got overcharged. found a 35th at my local nissan dealership for 38k LOADED. im sure i could get them down to 35 since i have boughten 2 Zs from them and recently picked up my step dads new Titan.

anyways, the rims, i perfer the stock 18s on my touring over those. many people will disagree with me, but i just dont like how a five spoke rim looks on the Z. Te37 or the GT7 look great. my brother has the 18 inch nismo rims on his and although they are nice and somewhat light, i wouldnt ever buy them. dont fret though, you got brembos man! plus that color is badass and was my second choice. maybe if you lowered the car it would look better with those rims, or maybe its just the pics. who knows. all i know is you have a select Z there thats guarenteed to bring you great retail if and when you decide to let that sweet baby go.

congrat, good luck, dont drink and drive.

At least the difference isn't as big compared to owning a WRX and watching the STI come out!!!
