A couple months later, I started a new position at our company, I made 9 G's last month, and will make 12 this month. I hope to pay off my car by summer so I can buy a house for my GF and I. I'm 18, turning 19 on the 22nd of April.

After looking at a link in your sig, I think I know everything, and a little more then I needed to know about you.... Hope that works out for you, *Laugh*

Sorry man, alot of people here may only be 2-5 years older than you but I guarantee you all of our friends that have been dating since they were 13 or earlier have broken up (badly) by the time they are 20. ESPECIALLY if they go off to college. but either way good luck if it works out for you you are a very lucky guy, nothing better than finding the woman you love who loves you back. the reason why i got my zed...
2 door , 2 seats
i think the same reason as everyone else my age (22)
dont have a family yet
want a hot fun car,
thats why there are so many 22 year olds here
it pretty impractical for a 25+ with kids to get it, even as a second car, we all are away that cars are a total waste of $$, i think we are all smart enough to figure that out, thats why there are so many young kids like me with them,
i think the same applies for older people, 40+ once there kids are gone, they can go all out on a small sports car... im sure they have all wanted one since they were 20,
since these days it is more accepted for a 22 year old to have a better job than someone older, i think that is why so many young people have zeds
and older people are a little jelous that they had to work (A LOT) harder to afford there cars, and over a longer time period,
im sure i would be a little jelous,
but what can you do if someone is a little better off than you, if they work for it and earn it. then they definatly deserve it, regardless off age.

Its merely a fact of life. 99% of people at age 20 who are dating do not get married, its just a known fact. SO sharing something as big as a house is relatively a risky move for someone so young. Your situation is a little different since your not in college and your allready workin a job, so your lifestyle and future are surely going to be different than a 20yr old whos in college, who doesnt know wtf hes gonna do with himself. But still, generally most people who are dating at 20 dont get married, too much **** changes between 20-25.

i used to be exactly like you, i used to think i knew it all at the age of 20. and what happened? i got put in my place, and one of these days it'll happen to you. maybe not now or not for a while, but that mentality will catch up to you.
i dont think that you're wrong in what you did, just a little naive.
