Little things

Good stuff everyone. I remembered a few more myself. The seats in this car are awesome, they hold you in place and they look sweet. I really like the shifter, it feels great. This car looks mean as hell at night with the lights on too.
Anyone else got any more to share?

What's Not To Like?
Please stop teasing me on all the great details on the Z,
i drive to the dealership twice a week, just to drool on the glas while looking at the Z... She is so close... yet so far away!
*sigh* 1 more month...

I love the way other people react to the Z given it's not one of the more expensive sports cars out there. I get looks and positive responses from a whole range of people. The other day I was in a parking structure here in L.A. and had lost my parking stub. I was almost sure I was going to have to pay the $18.00 maximum 'fine' as I asked the guy whether there was something he could do for me. His reply as he pushed the button to lift the arm ahead of me: "Ok, but only cause you have a Z." I felt cool as hell. hehehehehe
I was at the dealer yesterday getting service
I found myself peering through the window as my baby was on the lift with hood open looking at all of the yellow accents I've added to the engine bay
It gets me all choked up
I luv the sound of my exhaust, I luv the way the seat grabs my a$$, It feels absolutely wonderful. My wife can not hold a candle to that feeling
It always amazes me how there are so many different opinions, like you said there are some issues, but dam this car is so sweet I tend to forget very easily. Some people here wouldn't be happy with a ferrari. They want to find all the faults. Losers
I'm going to the garage to play with my car, but I can't drive her to much snow. Fooey. But spring will be here soon. I'm saving mileage at least. I really appreciate her more, now that I have another car to drive more often

So many great things have already been said -- exhaust note, the irresistible urge to look back at the car after parking it, the look of freshly washed Daytona Blue...
I could go on, but I'll just add this little thing -- the look on passenger's faces (especially non-car nuts) after you run it through the gears or as you commit to a 90 degree-turn without braking or downshifting (or tipping them off with a turn signal.)
It kind of resembles the strange mixture of simultaneous foreboding and enjoyment you see on newborns' faces as they are filling their diapers.

Some of these may not be 'little' things but:
1. I love the shape of the car...most of all when the sun comes out and lights up the metal flake in the paint.
2. I love the format...a low 2 seater, exotic, rear wheel drive, dual exhaust, strong engine, all business. With that said, I love to break the rear wheels loose.
3. I love to wash, wax, and detail this car inside and out. With that being said I love Zaino.
4. I love the interior and exterior door handles. Unique and they don't feel cheap.
5. I love the Burnt Orange seats, and the way they set off the interior. The shifter, light and wiper controls, and HVAC controls are works of art and a joy to operate. I don't know why people complain about the interior of this car, (alright, the door panels suck) it's unlike any other car I've ever sat in.
6. Ditto on the exhaust note, trip computer, and guage cluster, all are a visual treat.
7. I love the fact that I can afford it, although I do have to give up some other things. Nissan has given us an inspiring car, and priced it within almost anyones reach. It's a great time to buy a sports car, thats for sure (Z, STi, Evo, Mustang, srt-4). I remember when a 180hp Integra GSR was hot ****...and look at all the choices + hp we have now.

I love the stock exhaust in general. It's meatier at startup but I love it through all the gears. As long as it's not raining, I have to crack my windows when driving just so I can hear it better.
I like how I can wash the roof of the car without standing on my toes.
I love the feel of the steering wheel. Big, shapely, and grippy.
I like the 5-star font, 5-star driver, and 4-star passenger crash test rating. And having the front, side, and curtain airbags make me feel safer.
The digital tach is wonderful.
I also dig the aesthetics of the car. The rear tailights are "ok" but the rest of the car is just gorgeous. I can't walk away (even in my garage!) without taking a 2nd or 3rd look back at my baby.
The seats are superb for a stock seat. Holds me tight.
I like how I can have a bad day at work but as soon as I tear out of the parking lot....I feel like a million dollars.

Whenever I get caught in a rain/snow storm I remember how much I love my rear wiper.
Like someone else mentioned, it's always great when non-car guys still are impressed by this car. The other day I was sitting at a stop light, and I look over to a camry in the other lane. The dad driving wasn't paying me any attention, but his two 8-10 year old kids in the backseat were going crazy, pointing at my car and waving. The gorgeous looks of this car get attention from all sorts of people, from young kids to teenagers to old guys.

Word. I once drove around an office complex twice just to see the reflection. This is one sexy car!
My favorite little thing is the Z logo on the AC vent covers that you see when the doors are open. I'm trying to find some aluminum replacements for these grills so that they are more visible. These were one of the coolest things I first noticed when I was looking to buy a Z.

I'm all about having the Z logo. I have stock rims and so I got the Z center caps, they look awesome. The only "Nissan" on my car is etched in the glass... might have to replace. j/k
I love how it looks through the back window at night when I come out to get in. After you hit the unlock button on the key thing, the cabin light slowly comes on and creates a sweet glow in the cockpit. I always look through the bcak window as I'm walking towards the driver's door.
My favorite thing!

I love the feelings through turns, all the tech toys, not having to haull others arround, espically w/ gas prices only goin up!!!
lol! I love seeing its reflection in the glass too. Everytime I see one, I slow down to 5mph and enjoy it. I love the slope of the rear hatch, sooo sexy if you look at it from the side. The stock exhaust note is nice too. It sounds like a woodwind instrument.
I like it when I am on the highway cruising at 85/90 and then off the radio, pull up thw windows and hear the engine hum
sweeet - I can get lost in that sound !!!!!!
I love it when people say to me on the street - "never seen that color before"
I love when it starts up in the morning and just hearing it perks you up
Ok lemme stop !!!!

Really like a lot about my Z. Most everyone has already posted everything I like about the Z. One thing I I miss though since I got my Z, MUSIC!!!! I use to always have my cd player on or radio on before I got the Z, now, with my NISMO exhaust, I have to have my windows at least cracked, even in winter, and radio down to almost zero so I can here my car. Im such a dork. Oh well. I also like the fact that I can fit sets of golf clubs in the back without using that little instructional diagram. What is up with that *****? I have never had to position 2 sets of clubs the way the picture is showing you. I just throw both sets in without a problem. any ways, just bored at work and thought I would go around replying to post.
ps: im currently working offshore for BP in Azerbaijan. thank god for satelite internet conections.
