I just got my Z this past Tuesday...
and I've only seen one on the road before that, Jill's Daytona Blue...

but since I have gotten mine I have seen two Chrome Silver's...One on Route 30 yesterday and the other on Chestnut by Drexel in philly earlier today.

Either of those belong to any one on here?

Just interested in meeting other owners...

 

Hey Hey! Got your PM - sorry I didn't respond I'm here now. We should all get together, I know there's a couple of us Z owners here in South Jersey now. Yay! Congratulations. Can't wait to see her. Ya got her broken in yet? It's been a full 2 days.

 

I am 15 minutes from Ocean City, (don't want to give exact locations for all u stalkers out there--lol). My Z is scheduled to be in, in the nxt couple weeks (CS touring-all options except splash gaurds and air bags). Let me know after that if you guys want to crash some rice parties with a little Z drive by! I am kinda pissed cause I go to Stockton college and I heard that someone alredy has driven one around the campus, although I haven't seen it . I am suprised with all your guys' Z spottings, cause I have been going HAWK MODE ever since I ordered mine in August and I have only seen one on the Black Horse Pike (Redline-w/ 17 inch wheels and no spoiler). This coming summer, we will defnitely have to organize some type of Z get together...

 

redline in sjersey! Seen 2 CS down here, one on parkway north, 1 in driveway in upper township.

 

My buddy Chris went to Stockton last year. Are you in a frat by any chance? But anyway, onto the topic...The one on BHP - I believe it was bought from Turnersville, I remember seeing a redline sitting on the lot there. I've seen 3 legit Z's. A PPW parked on WHP next to a building, a silver in Marlton off of 73, and a Daytona down the street from me (owned by a member who I also know, MatthewZ). Every time I saw another one by accident, I had this big GRIN on my face. And then I immediately think to myself, "I feel like the biggest dork smilin' after I see one!" LOL...Well, let us know when you get the Z Turcoupe. I'd like to get together with some of you. It'd be FUN!

 

Guess I have to check in on this one. I have a Blue Performance in camden county. I've havent seen Jill's cruisin' yet. I've seen a CS on Rt. 70 and a Le Mans coming down my street!!! However I think it was being driven by a dealer salesman.........haven't seen it since. I've been told there is a Brickyard in Blackwood area.

Not even close to broken in yet...150 miles and counting...Probably going to Va next week for business so I may drive to get some miles on it.
Oh ya I saw your DB parked at the promenade shopping center about 2 or 3 weekends back...I had the biggest smile on my face

I think I may have seen the brickyard that you are talking about MatthewZ. A few weeks ago I saw parked with its lights on across from a school, thought it was black though.

Also my buddy said he saw a CS right near where we live in Stratford, in the same neighborhood. I drove around and looked for one in a driveway...but no luck.

We will have to definitely get something together one of these weekends...

Anyone else order from Classic Cars Nissan on Rte 38 in Mount Holly? I put an order in 2 weeks ago for a SS performance with navi, and they're saying 3 months. Wondered if anyone had any experience with this dealer, since I'm at Ft Dix and being in the military I haven't been here that long. The other thing about being in the military (Air Force) is I'm getting to spend a lot of quality time overseas lately, so I'm really sweating the car showing up while I'm gone for a 4-6 week tour. My wife fortunately knows how to drive manual, so she can pick it up from the dealer, but that would just not be the way I have dreamed about it happening (i.e. the call, me jumping up and down with sheer happiness, seeing it for the first time, crying tears of joy, taking delivery, and driving it home, scenes played over and over in my head for the last 2 weeks)

I'd definitely think about getting together with the other S Jerseyites, maybe in the Spring when the weather gets better, and my baby (the Z of course) gets here.

Just wanted to add my name to the SJ list. I live in Salt-Central Ocean City. Recently sold my 1974 260 for parts. It was soooo rusty! Not looking forward to have my new Z rust away like my old one. Oh Well - will do what I can to prevent that. Expecting my MT, air bagged, floor/trunk matted, Red Enthusiast Model in January. Ordered in Mid-September from Harry Klause Cars here in OC. I think he deals with Team Nissan out of Vineland. Last week he told me he received word that it was to be built in December and will be here in January 2003. Sound Right? I can't wait. I loved the way my 260 rode. Thank God for Z forums. They help make the wait bearable, somewhat. Come spring we WILL need a South Jersey Get-together!

 

I bought from classic in mt holly and had an excellent experience with doug buchan. ordered in april, guaranteed del sept, picked up 9/7/2. ordered my replacement amp on mon, service called ready to install following wed. at times dealership didn't know as much as we knew from the forum but always checked any leads i could provide, like call and get my VIN, everybody else has one, called back in 5 minutes with vin and d-day. and no markup over MSRP. dealership even gave all pre-orders Lust and Love book, now I have 3. one for sale, any offers entertained.

Hey, Ya'll - - I am in Northeast Philly and I spend a lot of time in South Jersey (Cherry Hill, Marlton, etc.). I will get my new Z in March, and I was wondering if there is a Z club in Jersey?

I'm already been drivin around my blue Enth on Mcguire, I dont know if you've seen it, but its parked in the aux parkin lot next to the torn down gym. in about 2 weeks, i'm puttin in storage for the winter, so if you want to check it out just pm or somethin. I work mids, so I have plenty of free time durin the day. Oh and I didnt get mine from 38.

Who wants to try to get another NJ meet before the holidays? I know it starts gettin really busy soon, so try to figure somethin out..

 

Does anyone familiar with Cherry Hill know if Big John's closed, or if they just moved somewhere else? I miss their cheesesteaks I always wanted to go there after I got my Z and spill cheese on my seats.

I'll be sure to look for your DB next time I'm at the Promenade. I still have only seen 3 Zs besides mine (all PPW, 2 of which were at the dealer).

Awesome! I have been keeping my eyes open for one, so I'm really surprised I missed yours. I ordered a Silverstone performance with navi, which is supposed to get here in the first part of Feb. I just arrived back at the "deid" so I won't be home for a few weeks, and I'm just dying thinking of the car coming in while I'm gone. Did you have the dealer keep the front plate off? I'm probably going to try to put it on with the zip-ties on the grill. I would definitely be interested in seeing your Z when I return home. I'll contact you when I get back (mid december). Thanks a bunch for the offer!
