I just took mine in this week to get the swirls and scratches fixed. After waiting 4 hours I got the car back, the swirls were gone and but a lot of the scratches remained. Long story shot, I got angry with the service advisor, went straight back and talked with the head paint guy directly and he took care of everything for me in 20 minutes while I sat there and watched. The dude was super nice. He gave me a bunch of micro fiber towels for when I wax my car and said if I get any more deep scratches to come see him and he'd take care of them.

Default Mr. Clean?

Hi, I am looking to get a SB Z too, I guess my question is has any SB owners used that Mr. Clean auto dry thing? I guess if you don't have to wipe your car dry after you wash it, then you don't have to worry about putting swirls on it...but then you still have to wax it and I suppose you can put swirls on then.
