MaximZ and thunder,
Since you were screwed out of an official owners manual, I'll be happy to point you to the download of the PDF version:

Nice thing about the PDF - you can search for stuff.

Speaking of things that make you go "Hmmm"...Anyone else notice that the dimples along the spokes of our 17" wheels match the dimples on top of the rear strut bar (or whatever that obtrusive bar below the hatch is called)? Are there any more square dimples on the car?
All together now....."Hmmmmmmm"

It's on the strut(can't see it on my roadster), the roadster windshield, the door handle, the 17 inch wheels, the door handle, and the badge behind(did I miss anything?). Actually they could have put 3 and a half dimples but that would real dumb. I tried to find rims with 3 rivets but couldn't find a good style. Ah well sure beats stock.

I think its a safety feature of some sort; I iknow cars that honk when you unlock can be turned off so people dont know what car your going to before you get there. I guess honking when theire locked could in some ways be similair...
the 3 dots mean something as was said; I forget what too. heritage, or something. not for 350 or for Z33. their found in alot of places.
for noobies; not sure if this is in the owners manual or not; but there is a secret compartment under the floor of the glovebox. open it up; and lift the floor panel.
also; there are atleast 3 fuse boxes; 2 by the battery. no one ever knows that second one is hidden between the battery and firewall.
*cues music* the more you know.

Everyone probally knows already how to do it but this thread may help a few peeps out. Only thing you have to do it hold the unlock and lock buttons on the remote for like 3 seconds and then thats it! For all you guys that know this already thats cool, just thought that some people on this forum may not.

Thanks for sharing, I didn't know about locking the door/horn. I thought it was just a Nissan thing because the Toyota I have, uses no horn, I think. Anyway, better to use horn knowing that it means locked. And if we use our horns too much other than locking the Z, I think we are hating. Why not use the horn?!?!? Unless I want to upgrade to a bullhorn.
