I was watching the Japanese version of the Options DVD of the first U.S. D1 Gran Prix.Towards the end of the DVD they were showing this Z with the Central 20 bodykit and exhaust. Here are some captured DVD pics. I never saw these unique exhaust pipes before. The car overall looks great, but I am not sure if I like unique exhaust. What do you guys think???

I like the exhaust, but only with that rear. As for the body kit, I really like it, but I've never been too sure about the headlight covers.

I love the kit... was seriously thinking about getting the front bumper, but I think it's a whack of cash... about $2500 - $3000usd for the entire kit, plus shipping & painting. I believe one of the moderators got this kit and has a thread about it.

Not feeling the exhaust or the light covers.

only thing I like is the rear bumper. Dont like the exhaust tips or rims. The front bumper kinda makes it look like a celica

 

The extra exhaust pipes gives the car double the hp.

 

It would look better if they werent on top of each other, may be side by side.

 

The side and rear look great IMO, just needs something a little smoother/cleaner for the front.

 

Yeah the tips have to go. They shouldve made it 4 tips the right way.

They're the original designers for the headlight mask and that rear bumper is Zmazing!

I love the SS, RB, but could use a new front fascia.

well i like the car exept the body kit, the wheels, the tips, the stickers, and the light covers.... but the rest looks good.

looks like a carerra. UGLY because it's not a Carerra. I'm all for Modding, but not if it makes it look like a completely different car. I respect the Z designers vision. Why would I make it something else? This car is terrible.

 

The car was designed from the 240Z...which was designed by an ex-auto designer for Porsche.

I think that kit is hideous. That exhaust is sweet just cause it's different. If I saw a car on the street with that exhaust I'd be starin all day. Not that I'd put it on my car or anything...
