Default Insurance Hike?

I got a letter from USAA this week saying that my rate for the Z is going up 4%. I'm not mad but it makes me wonder if a lot of people are bashing their Z's up. I don't really hear of Z's getting stolen a lot. Has anybody else gotten a rate increase?

Yep. Called them up (AIG), complained, they said tuff, went to Geico for 16% less.

Shop around. I think they raise their rates hoping you won't notice.

Insurance = Biggest business in the world.

I'm with USAA and my rates went down about 100 bucks from last year.

I havent gotten any 4% hike letter yet...

I pay about 600 per 6 months.

I just had my Farmers insurance go up 40% (yes four zero percent)!!! No tickets, no accidents, and I have been insuring sports cars with them for over 15 years. My agent had no reasoning for it.

Needless to say, I have pulled all my insurance (auto, life, home) from them and given my business to other companies.

4% sounds like a COL increase and really isn't too bad.

I haven't gotten it yet, but the change from my Prelude to the Z as of one month ago was only about $30/mo. with State Farm.
