I feel your pain man ... My order was "misplaced" by the dealer or by NNA . I ordered in April and I never recieved a package for my order confirmation. My dealer insisted it was coming in October despite me having no order information other than the bill of sale stuff. The truth is the dealer never actually checked to see if my order was in place. If they had they would have actually checked, they would have realized it was not in the system. ( They may have even tried to bump my order). Myorder was sent in August, with high priority in order to get it to me supposedly, and I guess it worked, since I got it at the end of October, after extensive phone calls with NNA and my delarship. I wish you the best of luck man. And do make sure you are compensated appropriately based on the seriousness of your situation because I sure as hell did.....

I'm glad to hear that things have taken a turn towards the better.

I was preparing a nightime visit to NNA Carson to dig through some files for ya. Glad I can stay home now and watch re-runs of Seinfield instead.
