Do a serach on the internet, the MT6 beats the AT in 0-60 anywhere from 0.4' secs to 0.7' seconds.... Although Im sure those times are with professional drivers... Your time may vary

Personaly when Im in traffic I wish I did own a AT... My left calf is getting twice the size as my right

You guys that are harcore AT fans, you guys will be the first to buy cars that drive themselves when they come out, hehe... I personaly like interacting with the car as much as I can. Gives you that feeling of being one with the car. Something a AT can't do. Given AT cars are still fun to drive, but you just don't get the same connection as you do with a MT... Thats my personal opinion of driving my 350z MT6, then driving my brothers 350z AT back to back. You just don't feel as connected with the AT.

I think guys who don't like MT's are guys who never really learned how to drive a MT properly and got frustrated and gave up, or guys who rather be talking on cell phoness, or doing who knows what instead of actually enjoying the actually driving experience, or guys who buy the car for image purposes only.

to me only valid reason for not geting a MT Sports Car is

1) you drive in traffic a lot.
2) your wife won't let you buy the car unless its a AT

Other then that, you guys need to grow some cohonnies and learn to drive a MT :P

As far as most corvettes being AT's, thats because Americans are getting fat and lazy and don't want to shift for themselves anymore... boo hoo it's so hard to move my hand and push it into the proper gear, boo hoo, my leg is so fat I can't get it over the clutch, boo hoo

LOL, Im just having some fun so DON'T get your panties all in a bunch over my comments hehe... its all in fun...

ok... so last week i took my auto 350z touring to have my springs and wheels put on. the shop i went to was cj motorsports, and the owner of the shop has a 350z track that throws down 750 rwp (greddy twin turbo, and every other dayam mod possible). me and the owner went on a test drive to make sure the springs were settling, and he was telling me how much he likes the AT in the z, and he sometimes wishes he had gotten it instead of the MT. he said that modifying both the AT and MT gives similar results, and it is very easy to make a modified AT faster than a modified MT. my point is, get what you think suits you best. i got AT because this is my only car, and i need it to last for a while, without problems. the AT is fast as ****, and i didnt notice any difference when i test drove the MT.

obviously the MT is more fun to drive, but the AT isnt too far behind in terms of enjoyment.

well i love MT , but in my country u never can sell MT car to anyone no matter its 4door or 2door car.
ppl dont drive MT here at all since traffic is gay + they maybe all just lazy or dont like MT

anyway my plan is not to stay with z350 for hole of my life and i need to sell it to some kid that dont know how to drive MT later , thats why i choose AT
+ i testdrove both MT and AT , and to say there isnt much diff at all at perfomance ( feelings and control is other things )

kwik, how old are you? Take no offense to this but it seems to me like you`re turning 16? [i`m verry sorry if i`m wrong here, please don`t take offense]. but, if I`m right.. then I strongly do not reccommend learning to drive stick on the MT Z.. the stories I`ve heard..

There definitely has been problems with them, at least initially. But with the S2K being out for so long, those problems have pretty much disappeared. Give the 350Z enough time, things will level out as well

nope not like the z, and i can say that with confidence, maybe the earlier models, but the current ones are pretty much problem free.
