35th anniversary rims
u guys think i should sell my 35th anniversary rims??? on one hand, there are alot of better looking rims out there, i kinda want to get 19's with a lip.. but then again, i like the 35th rims cuz there arent many 35th anniversary cars out there and if i do decide to ever sell my car, i would think having these rims will help the resale value..
yep
id suggest u this , not sure if u like
get whatever rims u love for 350z , and save 35'th anniver's rims in garage or something when u plan to sell car put rims back on 350z and sell it , ppl love stock car

I say get rid of em if you dont plan on using them. Those would go for a good amount of money that you could put towards newer, nicer looking rims. Its all psychological bc of the rarity...don't let it get to you, lol. Unless you have plans for selling the car in the near future, I think you should get rid of them. Most likely the value of your car with other rims won't decrease....
I was originally planning to replace the rims on whatever Z I bought... then I bought a 35th. I think they're great looking on the car and are going to be rare, so I'm keeping mine on.
I even went out and bought some locking lugs for them because I was afraid of their rarity. Aftermarket rim styles are VERY subjective and therefore not necessarily a good thing when selling. The person you try to sell to might hate your taste in rims.

I might be interested in those rims for my roadster if you decide to sell them. If you do PM me. I wouldn't keep them because depending on how long you wait to sell your car the rims won't really hold much value. They might be hot this year but as the anniversary passes people won't know the diff.
sell them... aftermarket looks way better than the rx8 style rims on the 35th anniversary 350z. you can get around 1500-1800 for the anniversary rims, and then u could invest that in some aftermarket 19s.

Here's a pic anyway. They're cool enough I don't wanna sell. The pic doesn't really do them justice, they have a cool finish on them... bigger pics in sig.

definitely keep them and save up for another set. I sold my Rays for 2000 a couple years back and still regret it. If you ever go to sell or trade the car, one of the selling points that make it an anniversary model are the wheels.
If you like the rim but want something a little different you could have them powder coated. That's what I'm planning on doing with my rims. Only a few hundred bucks and drastically changes the look of the car.
i think ill probably end up keeping the rims... if i do get new rims, ill probably just wait till i have enough saved up and stash my 35ths away just incase...
if i change my mind and decide to sell them, you guys will be the first to know.
i like the way the rims look but i wish they were 19's and i also want a rim with a fat lip.. especially in the rear.
