Default Another "Summer Song" by Satriani

But I'll probably play "Friends" by Satriani first. It was the last song I played in my '91 TT when I took it for one last drive the day I sold it. Sniff!

But, "Red Barchetta's" awesome also! And so is "Thunderstruck"! And Aerosmith's "Just Push Play"! And "Duel" by Swervedriver! Glad I'm getting a 6-disc changer...

Since I'm going to hit the road slowly and enjoying the cloth seats against my ***. I'll pop lenny kravitz- "I belong to you". Then when I hit that 1000 mile break in period...I'll pop on a DJ encore CD

Glad to see some Rush fans here! It will be Red Barchetta all the way for me! I have already burned the CD that I will play and I will not play it until the day I pick up the car:

1: Red Barchetta-Rush
2: Spirit of Radio-Rush
3: Vaportrails-Rush
4: Redemption Song-Bob Marley
5: Running Down a Dream-Tom Petty
6: Learning to Fly-Tom Petty
7: Sorrow-Pink Floyd
8: Desire-U2
9: Iris-Live

A pretty eclectic mix, but that's what I like.

Super Bon Bon by Soul Coughing, then open up some Megadeth once the engine is broken in.

Default Boston

For a band that put out only 3 albums (well 4, but I don't count the last one) they have an amazing number of good songs. There are very few albums that I will just put on and listen straight through the whole thing, and two of them are Boston.

Thumbs up Mr Breezzzz

My choices would include Mr Breeze (by Lynard Skynard), I Can't Drive 55 (by Sammy Hagar), Free Ride (by Foghat), Let the Good Times Roll (by The Cars) , and Smooth (by Santana).

Sounds like a nice mix Raceboy. U2 and Rush are 1 & 2 on my favorite band list with Pink Floyd following close behind. Can't go wrong with that CD.

Linkin Park, definitely.

After many hours of having fun driving, listening to Pink Floyd and getting choked up about just how cool the 350Z is would be an excellent end of the night.

Alanis Morissette, any and all tracks, will be there!

The cool part is that I will have them ALL in my new 240W Bose 6-disc CD changer!

I think I'm gonna be playing P.O.D.'s Boom!
This song rocks..... sweet.
But, maybe I'll have to wait until I break it in. Oh well back to the drawing board.

"Boom!!
Here comes the Boom!,
ready or not
How ya like me now......"

"Is that all you got?
I'll take your best shot.
BOOM!"

Because I'll be concientious of break-in, I'll slowly roll out of the dealership with Slayer's exceptionaly evil South of Heaven. Those droaning, piercing intro notes should strike fear into the hearts of anyone wanting to challenge me during the break-in period. Once I do hit 1,000 miles, it's Angel of Death on repeat for an entire week.

I'm suprised none of the old-timers have mentioned George Thorogood's Bad to the Bone.
