Reggi, most likely...no, who knows though. It's a show car so I wouldn't think it would be street legal (as most aren't...well, the extreme one's).

I'm so accustomed to driving the normal wheel/pedal combo that I would probably be bouncing off curbs/walls/bumpers with that thing.

Now, if only they would get rid of that joystick and add a PLAYSTATION 2 controller, I would get around allright. I could even practice my driving skills in Gran Turismo 4 when not on the track.

I dont like the rims.
The other thing that sucks about the car is the fact it has no front lip.
Every Z needs a front lip.

It's probably dangerous since a passenger (or dog even) can bump the stick and kill everyone! Of if you're on a bank turn, and your hand slips off the stick, or has a spasm, crash. Also, with a wheel, you can hold onto it while making a fast turn so you don't go flying. With a stick like that, there could be a feedback loop that would send you into a crash. You and your arm would probably have to be belted in very tightly, and same thing with the passenger and/or cargo.

But I'd still love to try it

I can think of plenty of reasons why i wouldn't want a joystick there that controls the car. But hey with technology like this 13 year olds will be driving soon since they basically come right out of the womb with a controller in their hand.

There was a car made before that had a joystick. But, it was also powered by a turbine engine. And it had 2 seats in bubbles. Saw it on speed channel. LOL
Apparently there are only a few people in the world that can drive it on an actual road.
